Somehow this got lost amongst all the drinking working that went on at the end of last week, but MM won the ‘creative industries award’ at the 2007/8 Surrey Business Awards! Hurrah! Many thanks to the judges who gave us this nice surprise, and the organizers of the event for what turned out to be a most enjoyable evening/night/morning 
It provided us with the first bit of silverware for our trophy cabinet…

I am not sure my last comment worked, but I have a few more questions…. Sorry. Will we be able to adjust the speed of the gears or I think you guys call them LINKS. Anyway, I think it would be cool that when you click on a Link, instead of changing the size like you do with the wood and other material, you could change the rate of rotation represented by a number or some type of animated graphic that could represent the speed of rotation.
One more really cool thing I hope you could put in the game, is that it would be cool If or When the ropes or springs were to touch that hot rock like material, it would then break the rope or burn it. I have thought of so many ways to use this, think of all the fun booby traps and game play.
I am planing on creating a blog that will help other people learn how to create fun machines and booby traps for their levels in Little Big Planet. I hope you will be able to tell us the different types of Links you will have for us to use soon. I noticed be looking through some of your game play you have some sort of piston…. That makes me smile.
