Although we know you’ve all got great ideas for our game, to keep the world’s lawyers happy, we’re not allowed to look at any you send and have to stick our fingers in our ears and go “la-la-la-la” everytime someone tells us a cool idea.
But the great thing is, our game, LittleBigPlanet, will allow you to recreate the levels and designs you are coming up with, so keep hold of them, and you’ll be able to put them into practice when the game comes out!
… And then we’ll be able to take our fingers out of our ears and sit open-mouthed looking at all the amazing stuff you’re making.

How do I change the language in LittleBigPlanet?
You can change the game language from the system settings menu of your console’s XMB.
I never got my pre-order goodies!

I got a notification about a NAT/Firewall issue… wazzat then?
If you see this message it means that you have a type 3 firewall between your PS3 and the internet. A type 3 firewall will often have problems setting up a connection to someone else who is also behind a type 3 firewall, which means you may find it hard to find players to play with online.
It is usually possible to reconfigure your router so that it no longer acts as a type 3 firewall. If you don’t know how to do this yourself then please contact your network provider or router manufacturer.
