HR Manager :

We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join our team. Working alongside the Executive Producer and Commercial Director the main focus of this role will be to provide a central HR function. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to implement and manage a strong talent development strategy.

Requirements:

• Talent management experience

• Experience of working within a creative industry

• Minimum 2 years HR experience

• Experience in recruiting for, and managing recruitment for multiple roles

Requirements (continued):

• Experienced in putting together HR policies and procedures

• Enjoy working across multiple disciplines

• Ability to take direction and ‘run with it’


• Strong team player and communicator; both written and verbal
  
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
